House @ Chennai

I was searching for a house in Cheanni to dwell after my marriage. My preferred rent was 4K - 7K. For that, i contacted many House Brokers and visited many house with them. But I was not satisified with those, because some times rent might be high (or) some times security issues. Until a a month before my marriage date, i was searching the house. I began to seek the house for 8K, since the marriage date was very near

4 things made to fear all the times, while searching for the house

1 - Advance for the House

2 - House Broker Commission (1 month rental)

3 - House Rent

4 - Security

I asked Almighty to show me a house, in which i will be saisfied on the above 4 things.

In Chennai, Blessing TV crusade was happened in St.George School. Attended 2days meeting (Saturday and Sunday - Aug 11 & 12, 2007)
I vowed a vow to give the Broker's commission to Blessing TV, if i got a house without any brokers. I am not making the Lord in the place of House Broker but making my money to work for the Lord.

What a surprise ? I got a duplex house in a safe and secure place near ramapuram. My friend Vadivel MohanaKrishnan and his wife reserved a House near by their house and also they spoke with the House Owner for me. At last i got the House with full satisfaction.
All the 4 things satisfied

1 - 6 month advance (usually 10 month advance in all the places)

2 - No House Broker Commission

3 - 5.5K for a duplex house

4 - Good security & manitenance by the association

I gave 6K to the Blessing TV and Praise HIM to the Highest
All the Prayers will be Answered if you seek his face truly.....

Thank you my True & Best Friend !!!

LORD's Mighty Hand in an Accident

This is my testimonial about how The Lord's mighty hand saved me in an accident.

My friend marriage date was scheduled on November 27, 2006 in Theni. One day prior(November 26,2006), me,groom and John(another best friend) were travelled in a new SWift car (9 month old) towards Theni from Sivakasi. Road construction was going on near Usilampatti, so we had a little narrow road for few kilometers.Car was going with normal speed. Before 10Km to Usilampatti, our car's left side tyres were suddenly getdown from the road. For 1-2min car rightside tyres were on the road and leftside tyres were on the road constrution area and the Car speed was approximately 70-80km. We began to shout the driver to apply the brake. But driver has no control over the car

Now the car was completely getdown from the road and ran over on a bunch of stone It was tossed in the air and it rolled more than 2 times in the air itselfAfter a few seconds, car hit the field which is 10 yard from the left side of road and begins to roll horizontally Finally car was settled with upside down position. I had a feeling which i experienced in roller coasterJohn, who seated infront of the car, came out first. One by one we crawled outFew people near by the field helped us to set the car in the correct possitionCar was now completely damaged and it won't move a single step

But we were safe even without any fracture, only bcos of HIS Grace.
Some people near by farm told us that they saw the accident, when our car was tossed on the air. Also they were surprised to see us without any injuries Most of the people who saw our car's condition, doubted that some one was dead inside the car. A government bus conductor who passed by the road, asked us how many people were died on the spot? We three replied "No One". He asked me "Are you sure ?".We replied that we only travelled on this car. He fainted

Here is our Almighty's Hand. What if something happened for us

a) if any one of our lives were end up ?

b) if groom get fractured? (you could imagine the bad scenario for many lives)

c) if any one hospitalized with severe injuries ?

d) if any of our organs (eye,hand,leg,etc...) wounded severly ?

But our Living GOD makes each one of us to feel that HE is still ALIVE All our Lives were Retained by HIS grace

Refiner's Fire !!!

Once a woman was puzzled and wondered what the Bible verse "He sits as a refiner and purifier of silver." meant about the character and nature of God. She offered to find out the process of refining silver and called a silversmith and made an appointment to watch him at work.

As she watched the silversmith, he held a piece of silver over the fire and let it heat up. He explained that in refining silver, one needed to hold the silver in the middle of the fire where the flames were hottest so as to burn away all the impurities.

The woman thought about God holding us in such a hot spot; then she thought again about the verse that says: "He sits as a refiner and purifier of silver." She asked the silversmith if it was true that he had to sit there in front of the fire the whole time the silver was being refined. The man answered that he not only had to sit there holding the silver, but he had to keep his eyes on the silver the entire time it was in the fire. If the silver was left a moment too long in the flames, it would be destroyed.

The woman was silent for a moment. Then she asked the silversmith, "How do you know when the silver is fully refined?"
He smiled at her and answered, "Oh, that's easy -- when I see my image in it."

If today you are feeling the heat of the fire, remember that God has his eye on you and will keep watching you until He sees His image in you and, no matter whatever you are going through now, you will be a better person in the end!

Parable of the Pencil

The Pencil Maker took the pencil aside, just before putting him into the box. "There are 5 things you need to know," he told the pencil, "Before I send you out into the world. Always remember them and never forget, and you will become the best pencil you can be."

"1 : You will be able to do many great things, but only if you allow yourself to be held in Someone's hand."

"2 : You will experience a painful sharpening from time to time, but you'll need it to become a better pencil."

"3 : You will be able to correct any mistakes you might make."

"4 : The most important part of you will always be what's inside."

"And 5 : On every surface you are used on, you must leave your mark. No matter what the condition, you must continue to write."

The pencil understood and promised to remember, and went into the box with purpose in its heart.

Now replacing the place of the pencil with you. Always remember them and never forget, and you will become the best person you can be.

1 : You will be able to do many great things, but only if you allow yourself to be held in God's hand. And allow other human beings to access you for the many gifts you possess.

2 : You will experience a painful sharpening from time to time, by going through various problems, but you'll need it to become a stronger person.

3 : You will be able to correct any mistakes you might make.

4 : The most important part of you will always be what's on the inside.

And 5 : On every surface you walk through, you must leave your mark. No matter what the situation, you must continue to do your duties.

By understanding and remembering, let us proceed with our life on this earth having a meaningful purpose in our heart.

1 Peter 2:9
But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.
